Economic Governance

More about the research objective

The research project on "Economic Governance" focuses on the main pillars of the economic aspects of governance - fiscal (including public finance, taxation and state aid) and monetary policy. The specificity of the research project is that it does so not only from a general, theoretical perspective, but also from the perspective of the Central European states on the one hand, and from the perspective of EU law on the other.
The Central European perspective is explained country by country (7 EU Member States +1 non-EU Member States), but the research aims to draw general conclusions from the observation of national specificities in this area.
