About
Rado Bohinc is a Full Professor of comparative, business, and EU law and a principal scientific councillor in the Faculty of Social Sciences (UL FDV) at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia and at the Law Institute of the Scientific Research Center Koper. He has led and participated in several international, EU, and national research projects in the field of EU, public, and corporate law, and acted as an advisor to international organisations (EU, UNDP). He has authored numerous scientific monographs for reputable international publishers and edited a number of scientific collections in which his research is also presented. He has lectured at many universities abroad (including in the US, Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Norway, Russia, India, Nepal, South Korea, and New Zealand) and acted as a speaker at numerous national and international scientific conferences and symposiums.
