Since 2021, 40 junior from 17 universities have participated in the CEA Junior Programme, supervised by professors from 21 universities.

Yes, if you like to learn and experience other cultures! We have young interns and professors from six countries – Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia – so this programme is for you if you like meeting people, interacting with them and learning from each other.

Yes, of course! An assistant will help you with the administrative tasks, as we know that the system is different everywhere.
You don't have to worry about housing either: If you want to rent a place, we can help you with preparing contracts and with administrative work as well.

One of the biggest goals of the Central European Academy is to provide a broad perspective from different points of view on the legal issues of the modern era. It is a very exciting and varied job, where you will meet renowned international professors at prestigious professional events, and have the opportunity to publish and be supported in all your professional plans i.e., participating in summer schools.

Based on the experience of the Juniors so far, we can say that anything is possible in Budapest! Whether you're looking for bustle or tranquillity, modern or historic architecture, beautiful parks or steaming thermal baths, the Hungarian capital is waiting for you with a variety of cultural and culinary opportunities! Here you can indulge in all your hobbies ie., sports, museums, concerts, hiking, swimming and climbing. And we should not forget to mention the city's vibrant, colourful nightlife, famous far and wide... ;)

Juniors will gain insight into all the projects whether it's organising a conference, publishing or even doing research. We are a fun, creative, youthful and professional community. If you have your own professional ideas and goals, we will be happy to support you in realising them. And with lots of activities organised between Juniors, you don't have to worry about being lonely. When you come to us, you become part of the CEA family, and as families do, we give you roots for good work and further education, and wings to become who you want to be.

Absolutely, there is a solution! Budapest has excellent transport links to all parts of Europe, so frequent trips and visits are not a problem. And we'll do our best to help you balance your private life with your studies here.

Yes! There will be, because we know that you may have a lot of questions, especially at the beginning. As we said, you are not alone, you will always have someone to turn to.

Absolutely. Experience so far shows that it's a nice amount of money to live on, and it certainly covers housing, travel and daily living expenses.

Yes, we would be delighted for this to occur, as it aligns with one of the Central European Academy's missions: to link universities and bolster each other via active research. We will endeavor to adapt to your needs, and should you express greater interest in a specific area, or wish to explore a new field, you can rely on our support.
