Introduction

Colonel Assistant Professor Zvonko Trzun is the head of the Department of Polytechnics at the University of Defense and Security „Dr. Franjo Tuđman” in Zagreb, Croatia. He teaches and mentors students in multiple military study programmes (Military Leadership and Management, Military Engineering, and Aeronautics). Previously, he held a series of leading positions at the Croatian Military Academy, including serving as the Vice-Dean for Science and Development and the head of the Department of Military Technology Research and Development.
