On 28th January, Professor Dr. Vasilka Sancin was elected by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) as a judge of the European Court of Human Rights in respect of Slovenia

Professor Dr. Vasilka Sancin has been a member of the Central European Professors’ Network since 2022. In 2022, she was affiliated with the research group „Constitutional Framework for the Protection of Future Generations and the Environment” and in 2024, she became an active member of the project „EU Enlargement and Successful Integration”.
