On the first day, Prof. Myszona-Kostrzewa gave a lecture titled "What’s New in Space Law", highlighting the latest changes in the legal landscape of space activities. During the session, we took part in a practical exercise based on the work of the UNOOSA Working Group on Legal Aspects of Space Resource Activities. Our task was to develop a new liability regime for their "Initial Draft Set of Recommended Principles for Space Resource Activities."
The second day focused on international air law. Prof. Myszona-Kostrzewa introduced its basic concepts, and in an interactive setting, we worked on and discussed several aviation law cases with her.
