On November 25-26, CEA had the opportunity to host distinguished professor dr. Milan Škulić, full professor at the Department of Criminal Law of the University of Belgrade-Faculty of Law and a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia. On the first day, professor Škulić delivered a very interesting lecture about the history of International Criminal Law. During the second day of his stay at CEA, professor spoke about some general rules of International Criminal Law, namely the general principles of the International Criminal Law and the notion of the criminal offense/crime in the context of International Criminal Law.
