SUP Workshop – Dr. Andrea Erdősová

Dr. Andrea Erdősová, PhD one of the supervisors of the Junior Program, gave an excellent presentation on the contemporary issues of medical law. Two key issues were discussed: euthanasia and surrogacy from the approach of the ECtHR. Through the Moot Court exercise on the case of Evans v. the United Kingdom, the doctoral students demonstrated their skills in legal argumentation on the sensitive topic of the utilization of assisted reproductive techniques.
