This summer, three junior researchers from the Central European Academy of the University of Miskolc participated in the Academy of European Public Law, organised by the European Public Law Organisation (EPLO) in Legrena, Greece.
All of them successfully completed this year's intensive three-week course focused on Security, Defense and Judicial Review in Contemporary European Public Law. Furthermore, completing their second summer study session, Bence Zsolt Kovács and Zsófia Papp successfully defended their dissertations, earning the Intensive International Master of Laws (I.I.LL.M.) in European Public Law.
- Bence Zsolt Kovács presented his comparative legal study: State–Church Law and the Financing of Churches in Central and Eastern Europe from the Establishment of Soviet-Type Dictatorships to the Present (supervised by Dr. Anikó Raisz).
- Zsófia Papp presented her research on: Assessing EU Youth Employment Policy and Its Implementation in Romania Against the Fundamental Right to Work (supervised by Prof. Ede János Szilágyi).
