On 11th December 2025, the Central European Academy participated in the Oxford-style debate that took place at the University Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Warsaw, Poland. The topic of the debate was "Accountability of Constitutional State Bodies in the Context of the Rule of Law Crisis."
The team from Central Europe was represented by our juniors, who were debating the team from Poland, represented by students from the University. In the fruitful debate, both the representatives of Central Europe and of Poland offered argumentative stances regarding the meaning of domestic and international accountability in the contemporary context. Besides the different approaches, the participants enriched the debate with their speeches, in which they presented their points of view on these issues.
