VII CEA UM Supervisors’ Workshop

The SUP Workshop was held on October 15–16. During the sessions, PhD students had the opportunity to present their ongoing research, outlining their progress, preliminary findings, and future objectives. Panel supervisors, along with fellow students, provided constructive feedback, insights, and suggestions, thereby supporting each presenter’s continued development while also contributing to the advancement of the wider academic community. The workshop was consistently characterized by a positive and engaging atmosphere. In addition to a strong emphasis on professional excellence, a spirit of collegiality and good humor also played an important role, fostering motivation and encouraging participants to further their academic and professional growth.
