The “II Polish-Hungarian Scientific Forum” presented the results of the comprehensive research carried out in the framework of the Polish-Hungarian Research Platform. The event focused on detailed findings and conclusions and provided an in-depth insight into the topics discussed at the first forum.
The session on the reversal of the rule of law in Poland provided an in-depth analysis of the institutional and legal changes affecting the rule of law in Poland and drew conclusions on their wider implications. Research on changes in the structure and scope of foreign service activities provided a detailed assessment of the development of foreign services, with attention to strategic shifts and their impact on international relations. In the area of child well-being and modern technologies, the researchers drew concrete conclusions on how modern technologies affect child well-being and made recommendations for the safe and effective use of digital platforms. The Forum also addressed the issue of Social Exclusion of Older Persons - Legal Responses, with data-driven recommendations to address social exclusion and ensure legal protection for older people. The session on transnational migrant crime presented an analysis of migration-related crime trends, with an emphasis on legal and cross-border cooperation strategies.
The event provided a deeper analysis of the research results, offering concrete recommendations to policy makers and further strengthening the cooperation between the Polish and Hungarian scientific communities.
