About

Zdeňka Králíčková is Professor of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno (Czech Republic). Outside the academic sphere, she is a member of the Czech Bar Association. Based on her experience as a member of the Commission for the Reform of Family Law of the Ministry of Justice, she has published numerous articles on family law, books, textbooks and a significant part of the commentaries to the Civil Code.

She is also a long-standing member of the International Society for Family Law and its Executive Council (Ex-Co ISFL), the International Child Protection Organisation (DCI), the International Academy of Family Law Studies (IASJF) and Family Law in Europe: Academic Network (FL.EUR).
