Introduction
Przemysław Charznek is a Polish legal scholar and politician, member of the Law and Justice party (PiS), Member of the Parliament (Sejm). In 2020-2023 he was the Minister of education and science of Poland. He is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, his field of expertise is constitutional law. He is a member of the research group on Social exclusion of older people – legal responses within the 2024 Polish-Hungarian Professors’ Network.
