Introduction
Maja Lukić Radović is an Associate Professor in EU law at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. She has received a PhD from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, an LLM from the University Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne, Department of International Law and International Organizations, and an LLB from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. Prior and in parallel to her academic career, she had completed traineeship for the practice of law in France with the Paris office of law firm Cabinet De Guillenchmidt & Baillet, passed the Serbian bar exam in 2006 and practiced law from 2006 until 2011, first as senior associate of international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, then as of counsel for global law firm DLA Piper. She is a member of the LAWGEM and LAWGID project teams. She teaches several courses at all law degree levels (undergraduate, master and doctoral): on EU law in general, International organizations, International Relations of the EU, Judicial System of the EU and the Common Agricultural Policy of the EU.

She has lectured and presented in the USA (Harvard Law School), France, Austria, Italy, Germany, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Albania. In addition to a monograph on the principle of solidarity in EU law, she has authored numerous papers published in scientific journals, as well book chapters, for Serbian and international publishers, primarily on topics related to EU institutional law. Her principal fields of academic interests are EU institutional law, EU external relations and the human rights law.
