Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, which he completed with honors in 2012. A graduate of full-time doctoral studies at the Department of Political and Legal Doctrines, and then at the Department of Sociology of Law at the Institute of State and Law Sciences at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, where he conducted research and teaching activities in the field of political and legal doctrines and legal theory from 2012 to 2021. In 2013-2014, he completed a general training program at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution, during which he interned at the prosecutor’s office and common courts in Warsaw, familiarizing himself with the specifics of work in law enforcement and the justice system.
In 2018, he defended his doctoral thesis with honors at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw under the supervision of Dr. Aleksander Stępkowski, Professor at the University of Warsaw.

Since 2021, he has been the dean of the Faculty of Law at Collegium Intermarium University in Warsaw, and then its rector from 2021 to 2024. Member of the Program and Scientific Council of the “Quarterly of International Law” published by the Ministry of Justice (2022-2024).
He is the author of publications on substantive and procedural criminal law, legal history, and legal theory and philosophy, published in prestigious Polish and international academic journals. His academic work also focuses on the legal aspects of the position of court experts in litigation practice, as reflected in the book he edited (“The Position and Role of Experts in the Polish Legal System”, Warsaw 2016 and “The Constitutional Court of Czechoslovakia in 1920-1939”, Warsaw 2020).
Since 2013, he has been involved in the activities of non-governmental organization Ordo Iuris from Warsaw focusing on freedom of economic activity, freedom of speech, and the protection of constitutional order.
In 2021, he was ranked 25th among the most influential lawyers of 2020 according to “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”. In a special category of “Tygodnik Solidarność”, he was the winner of the Blessed Father Jerzy Popiełuszko Social Award in 2024.
