The aim of the book series is to position itself as a forum for comparative legal research, contributing to closer cooperation between the countries concerned, ensuring "best practices" and the accessibility and interpretability of different legal solutions for all Central European states. At the same time, it also aims to provide insight and detailed analysis on these topics to all interested legal scholars and legal professionals from outside the region, so that they can familiarise themselves with the legal systems of the Central European countries on a wide range of issues.
