Bemutatkozás
Benjamin Flander a Maribori Egyetem Büntetőjogi és Biztonsági Karának docense, valamint a szlovéniai Koper Tudományos és Kutatóközpont Jogi Intézetének tudományos főmunkatársa.
Három tudományos monográfia és több mint 60 tudományos cikk, fejezet és egyéb tudományos szöveg szerzője és társszerzője. Számos nemzeti és nemzetközi kutatócsoport tagja (többek között a ProfNet 2021-2024-es kutatócsoportjainak). 2012-ben és 2015-ben (negyedik értékelési forduló) értékelője volt a Korrupcióellenes Államok Csoportjának (GRECO, Európa Tanács).

Tagja volt a 2021-es Közép-európai Professzori Hálózat „The interpretation of fundamental rights in Europe”, a 2022-es Közép-európai Professzori Hálózat „Constitutional protection of national symbols”, illetve a 2023-as Közép-európai Professzor Hálózat „The international concept of the rule of law” elnevezésű kutatócsoportoknak.
Jelenleg tagja a 2024-es Közép-európai Professzori Hálózat „Equality in an Ever-Integrating Europe” című kutatócsoportjának.
Tagja a CEA Publishing könyvsorozatának szerkesztőbizottságának: Young Researcher’ s Monographs. A CEA Publishing következő könyveinek szerzője: a) Constitutional Reasoning and Constitutional Interpretation (2021), b) Constitutional and Legal Protection of State and National Symbols in Central Europe (2022), c) Supranational Interpretation of the Rule of Law (2024). A CEA Publishing következő tudományos folyóirataiban megjelent tudományos cikkek szerzője: a) Central European Journal of Comparative Law, b) Law, Identity and Values.
