“Legal Aspects of Artificial Intelligence” is a publication edited by Prof. Agnieszka Gryszczyńska available through the Publishing House of the Institute of Justice.
This work is the product of a distinguished collaboration between eminent researchers from Poland and Hungary, conducted under the auspices of the Polish-Hungarian Research Platform 2022. The researchers were divided into four teams. One of the topics studied was the Legal Aspects of Artificial Intelligence. This book represents the efforts of one of these research teams, under the expert editorship of team leader Prof. Agnieszka Gryszczyńska.

The publication underscores the importance of international cooperation and ongoing research to address AI’s legal challenges, promoting the development of best practices and ethical guidelines for AI use in legal contexts.
