The SUP Workshop was held in Budapest on May 8, 2025, providing a dedicated forum for early-career researchers to present the current progress of their PhD projects. Organized by the Central European Academy, the event primarily aimed to foster direct dialogue between doctoral candidates and leading academic experts, supporting in-depth feedback, scholarly mentorship, and meaningful academic discourse. The format of the workshop facilitated the professional development of young researchers and encouraged inter-institutional collaboration and intellectual exchange between supervisors and early-stage scholars. An additional objective of the workshop was to strengthen mentoring practices and to enhance the overall quality of doctoral research in the region.
