Introduction
Szymon Pawelec is attorney, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association, Associate Professor at the University of Warsaw, and head of the Department of International Criminal Procedure at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Prof. Pawelec’s areas of expertise include commercial law, civil law, criminal law, and issues arising at the intersection of criminal procedure, particularly economic crimes, corporate criminal liability, pre-trial detention, stock market and tax offenses, the protection of legal interests of corporate entities and their representatives, juvenile protection, and extradition procedures.
