Introduction
Maria J. Manatos is a Research Coordinator in the Studies and Analysis Office of A3ES and a Manager of the Assessment / Accreditation Processes. She holds a doctoral degree in Management from the ISEG Lisbon School of Economics and Management, University of Lisbon. Her doctoral research focused on the integration of quality management policies and practices in higher education institutions.
