Introduction

Ivan Jokanović graduated in 2017 with results (average grade: 9.86) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Novi Sad (Serbia). In 2018, he obtained his Master’s degree at the same faculty. During his studies, he was awarded various national scholarships. In 2020, he passed the Serbian bar exam, followed by the judicial exam in 2021. Since 2021, he has been a PhD student at the Deák Ferenc Doctoral School of Law and a research fellow at the Central European Academy of the University of Miskolc (CEA UM).
