Wojciech Federczyk is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He holds a PhD in law and is a practicing attorney. He completed his postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at IESE Business School.

Director of the National School of Public Administration from 2016 to 2024. Member of the Warsaw Seminar on the Axiology of Public Administration. Member of the editorial boards of two international scientific journals. He has experience in local government administration (Warsaw City Hall) and central government administration (Ministry of the Interior). For 6 years, he served as a legal advisor and deputy judge at the Constitutional Tribunal.
