Introduction

Dr. Bence Udvarhelyi is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Criminal Sciences of the Faculty of Law of the University of Miskolc. His research areas include European criminal law, the protection of the financial interests of the European Union, European Public Prosecutor’s Office and fight against money laundering. He is the author of two monographs, several scientific publications and a speaker at numerous international scientific conferences. He participated in several domestic and international research projects.
