Dr. Tomasz Rzymkowski is a Polish lawyer and politician. His areas of expertise include constitutional law and legal history. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Lublin. He served as a member of the Polish Parliament during the 8th and 9th terms.
He is a former member of the National Council of the Judiciary. He has also served as Deputy Minister of Education and Science. He is married and the father of three sons.
