Marius Floare is an assistant professor at the Department of Private Law at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, a practicing attorney, and a member of the leading council of the Cluj Bar Association. His areas of expertise include private law, medical law, legal drafting, and legal history. Additionally, he teaches family law to second-year attorneys at the local Cluj-Napoca branch of the National Institute for Training and Continuing Education of Attorneys and is a member of the editorial boards of two Romanian legal journals.
