Introduction
Dr. Łukasz Piebiak polish lawyer, judge adjudicating since 2003 in Warsaw commercial courts. In the years 2015-2019, Undersecretary of State at the Polish Ministry of Justice, supervising departments dealing with human resources, organisation and administrative supervision of common courts, international cooperation, legislation in the area of civil law, strategy and European funds. Lecturer at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution in Cracow, War Studies University in Warsaw and Collegium Intermarium University in Warsaw. Participant and speaker on national and international conferences and seminars.
