Andrzej Skowron, born on February 15, 1965, in Tarnów. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Doctor of Laws (PhD) from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, specializing in road traffic offenses committed under the influence of drugs. Assistant Professor at the Polonia Academy in Częstochowa since 2025. Judge at the District Court in Tarnów, adjudicating in criminal, fiscal criminal, and misdemeanor cases. Author of a commentary on the Code of Proceedings in Misdemeanor Cases, as well as numerous scholarly articles and case notes on the rulings of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Tribunal.
