Introduction

Judit Jacsó is Professor, Deputy Dean for Development and Economics at the University of Miskolc. Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology. Her research interests include: criminal and non-criminal law instruments against money laundering; criminal law protection of the free movement of capital in the European Union; criminal law action against counterfeiting; asset confiscation; the Hungarian criminal sanctions system; offenders; active repentance; criminal law action against tax fraud in the EU; organised crime.
