Bemutatkozás
Marinkás György 2011-ben a Miskolci Egyetem Állam- és Jogtudományi Karán jogászként (MSc), a Miskolci Egyetem Közgazdaságtudományi Karán pedig közgazdászként (BSc) szerzett diplomát. Doktori (jogi) értekezését 2016-ban védte meg, summa cum laude minősítéssel. Egyetemi docensként dolgozik.
Emellett 2019 óta a Mádl Ferenc Összehasonlító Jogi Intézet kutatójaként dolgozik. Kutatási területei: (i) a GMU keretében végrehajtott válságkezelési programok és az Európai Unió Bíróságának kapcsolódó ítélkezési gyakorlata; (ii) az uniós jog elsődlegességének elve és az alkotmányos identitás közötti kapcsolat; (iii) az emberi jogok, különös tekintettel a kisebbségek és az őslakos népek jogaira.

Munkásságáról bővebben
Tagja volt a 2023-as Közép-európai Professzori Hálózat „Gazdasági kormányzás” elnevezésű kutatócsoportjának. Jelenleg a 2024-es Közép-európai Professzori Hálózat „Sikeres uniós bővítés” című kutatócsoportjának tagja.
A CEA Publishing következő könyvének (társ)szerkesztője és szerzője: a) Maastricht 30 (2024). A CEA Publishing következő könyveinek szerzője: a) Acquisition of Agricultural Lands: Cross-border Issues from a Central European Perspective (2022), b) Economic Governance: The Impact of the European Union on Fiscal and Monetary Policy in Central European Countries (2024).
