Bemutatkozás
Dr. Lilla Garayová a Páneurópai Egyetem jogi karának nemzetközi kapcsolatokért felelős dékánhelyettese. A Páneurópai Egyetemen és a pozsonyi Comenius Egyetemen a nemzetközi jog docense, ügyvédi gyakorlatot folytat, és gyermekjogi aktivistaként dolgozik.
Szakmai és publikációs tevékenységének középpontjában a nemzetközi családjog és az emberi jogok védelme áll. Kilenc idegen nyelven beszél folyékonyan, és rendszeresen publikál és tart előadásokat ezeken a nyelveken. Garayová tagja a Szlovák Nemzetközi Jogi Társaságnak és a Nemzetközi Családjogi Társaságnak. Több tucat szakmai és tudományos munka szerzője a gyermekjogok, a nemzetközi és a családjog területén.

Tagja volt a 2021-es Közép-európai Professzori Hálózat „Családok védelme a jogban”, a 2022-es Közép-európai Professzori Hálózat „A szülői felügyelethez való jog”, illetve a Közép-európai Professzori Hálózat „Demográfiai kihívások – jogi válaszok” elnevezésű kutatócsoportjainak.
Jelenleg tagja a 2024-es Közép-európai Professzori Hálózat „Asszisztált reprodukciós technikák” című kutatócsoportjának.
A Miskolci Egyetem Deák Ferenc Állam- és Jogtudományi Doktori Iskola „Central European Comparative Law” doktori programjának témavezetője.
A CEA Publishing könyvsorozatának szerkesztőbizottsági tagja: a) Young Researcher’s Monographs. Szerzője a CEA Publishing következő könyveinek: a) Family Protection From a Legal Perspective (2021), b) Content of the Right to Parental Responsibility.
