Bemutatkozás

Bartosz Majchrzak is an Associate Professor at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (Poland), Head of the Department of Administrative Science and Environmental Protection at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Professor at the Polish Institute of Justice, and Attorney at law. He has also been acting as Polish Constitutional Tribunal Judge senior assistant for 10 years. He has also been the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (2018–2020). Specializations: administrative law, with particular emphasis on administrative proceedings; construction law; environmental protection law; relations between government bodies; and the axiology of the legal system – including constitutional law and fundamental rights. He is an Author of approximately 100 scientific publications and numerous legal expert opinions, among others commissioned by the Polish government administration. He was a Member of the Central European Professors’ Network of the 2022 and 2023 editions, which conducted research on the following topics: ‘Constitutional protection of the environment and future generations’ and ‘The international concept of the rule of law’.
