This conference brought together diverse research perspectives on the evolving European legal order. It explored European legal values and their intellectual, philosophical, and historical foundations, the recognition of foreign legal instruments across jurisdictions, and the complex interaction between national, international, and EU law. Particular attention was given to recent developments in Poland, examined in a broader comparative and European context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme addressed the role of external legal norms in shaping domestic constitutional systems, the future of European integration and regional cooperation in Central Europe, as well as the accountability of public authorities in times of rule of law challenges. It also reflected on the limits of legal integration and the tensions between sovereignty and supranational governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By combining doctrinal, comparative, and interdisciplinary approaches, the Forum created a platform for critical reflection and scholarly exchange on law, governance, and legal transformation in contemporary Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
