The Central European Academy of the University of Miskolc held its Workshop on the Move study trip in Strasbourg between 2\u20136 March 2026, offering an intensive professional program for young researchers at the European Court of Human Rights. Participants gained first\u2011hand insight into the functioning of European fundamental rights protection and explored current developments in the Court\u2019s case law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the program, distinguished speakers presented the structure and procedures of the Court, as well as the evolution of human rights jurisprudence. The aim of the study trip was to create a professional environment where legal theory and institutional practice meet, supporting deeper understanding and future research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to participants, the multi\u2011day program was not only academically enriching but also provided an inspiring opportunity for young legal scholars to connect directly with one of Europe\u2019s most significant human rights institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
