About
Miha Juhart is a professor of private and commercial law at the University of Ljubljana Faculty of Law. He is the author of over 200 scholarly articles and books published in Slovenian and international journals. His main research areas include property, real estate, tort law, commercial contracts, transferable securities, and financial instruments.

From 2014 to 2018, he was the Dean of the Faculty of Law, and from 2009 to 2013, he served as the Vice-Rector of the University of Ljubljana. He has been a member of various state and private organizations, including the supervisory board of DARS (the national motorway operator) and the Council of the Securities Market Agency. In 2004 and 2017, he received the Slovenian Bar Association’s annual award for the best lawyer.
