About
Brigadier General Andrzej Pawlikowski, born October 15, 1969, in Zakopane, Poland, graduated from the Cracow University of Technology and the National Defense University in Warsaw/Rembertów. He has extensive experience in special units under the Minister of the Interior and Administration and the Prime Minister. He twice headed the Government Protection Bureau and played a key role in establishing the State Protection Service in 2018. He held positions such as Head of Direct Security for the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Chairman of the OSCE. From 2013-2015, he co-founded BINASE and became an advisor to the President in 2015.

Currently, he is a professor and Director of the Strategic Studies Institute at the War Studies University. He also serves as Vice President of the Polish American ALUMNI Association since June 2023.
