About
Stjepan Groš is employed at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing as an Associate Professor. His scientific and professional interests are in the field of information and cyber security and applied advanced methods in solving problems in these areas, where he has published a number of scientific papers. Stjepan Groš led or participated in several projects related to cyber security financed by the EU and has good cooperation with many companies and state institutions in the Republic of Croatia. Since 2014, he has been the head of the Laboratory for Information Security and Privacy, part of the Artificial Intelligence Center of FER. He is the leader of the scientific conference Cyber and Information Security at the MIPRO meeting. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Croatian Defense Industry Competitiveness Cluster. He is a member of the committee for the postgraduate specialist study Information Security at FER.

Stjepan Groš participated in the drafting of the National Cyber Security Strategy of the Republic of Croatia, and worked on the Smart Specialization Strategy of the Republic of Croatia 2014-2020 for the area of cyber security. Stjepan Groš participated in a series of round tables and expert conferences related to cyber and information security and research and development as a moderator, panelist or lecturer.
