Marcin Wielec is professor at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, he is currently Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration and Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He was the Head of the Institute of Justice in Warsaw (2019-2024), Vice-President of the Scientific Council of the Prof. J. Sehn Institute of Justice in Cracow, member of the Council of the Lech Kaczyński National School of Public Administration (2021-2024), member of the Central European Professors’ Network and co-founder of the Polish-Hungarian Research Platform, an international research project. He was awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Hungarian Order of Merit.
