The right to parental custody

More about the research objective

European Court of Justice case law on the issue of parental responsibility and custody. The preliminary understanding of the research questions allows to conclude that the issue is of great practical value. The issue is not only the definition of the scope of parental rights and responsibilities, but also their impact on children, including in critical areas such as education and training, especially in the areas of ideological, religious and sexual education.
The research team organised dissemination events according to the timetable set out in the research concept adopted by the CEA.
