Legal Studies on Central Europe, published by CEA Publishing (H-1122 Budapest, Városmajor u. 12-14.; responsible publisher: Dr. Heinerné Prof. Dr. Barzó Tímea Tünde) book series (HU ISSN 2786-359X) seeks to publish comparative legal studies on a wide range of topics. The primary aim of the series is to present and examine legal issues arising in the Central European region, taking into account the legal traditions, cultures and approaches of the countries concerned. The series consists of titles not only on private and public law, but also on the history of law and integration. It also aims to include titles that analyse aspects of international law and EU law as they relate to the countries of the Central European region. The books in the series are aimed at both an academic audience and legal practitioners interested in contemporary legal issues relating to the countries of Central Europe. The main editor of the book series is Prof. Dr. János Ede Szilágyi.
