CEJCL favours thematic topics in order to promote easier comparability. CEJCL attaches particular importance to providing "best practices" and making different legal solutions accessible and understandable to the group of countries concerned. In addition to comparative law articles, CEJCL also aims to publish academic papers that can serve as a starting point for comparative law research.
